At The Shag Store, we want you to love your new home aesthetic; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
